In 1997, a young entrepreneur, Mr. Mohammed Rafeek founded M/s. Ceemax Rubber Factory. Since then, it has been dealing in Tread Rubber, Precured Tread Rubber and other retreading rubber materials all over India, under the brand name ‘CRF’. The factory is located in Industrial Development Area near Aluva, Ernakulam District.

Mr. Mohammed Rafeek started his career as a trader in rubber products in Andhra Pradesh under the trade name ‘Rafi Marketing’. Eventually, the consistent market demand for quality tread rubber products pushed him into manufacture tread rubber products catering to the needs of industry.

Presently, CRF is south India's most popular brand in Tyre Retreading Materials, with a satisfied customer pool around 150. CRF is keen in constantly maintaining product quality which resulted in sizable dealer network, which in turn enables the customers to have easier access to the products and thereby assuring quality customer services.

From its very inception, CRF made its market presence through innovative ideas offered by its R&D division. The R&D division of CRF comprises of professionals, always striving to product innovation, maintaining the market expectations without compromising in quality. The in house developed compounds are constantly being improved with the help of latest technology to provide better mileage and a trouble free performance. Even amongst stiff competition, CRF never compromise in quality, yet offering its products at a competitive price.

CRF branded tread is mixed with best grade Natural Rubber, Synthetic Rubber, High Abrasion Carbon Black, Antioxidants and true insoluble Sulphur. As a result, CRF offers consistent quality and three months storage stability. All the master batches are mixed in K4 Intermix and Sulphur addition is done in Open Mixing Mill under controlled temperature.
